From the day I stopped in I was greeted by Karen at the front desk. All staff I repeat all staff were so fantastic with our grandkids who had some terrible tragedies recently-it was very heartwarming. The gentkeman working Sat at front desk was pleasant and my grandson kept saying how nice he was. The treasure cheat, cookies, hot coffee, cook, waitress, and housekeeping made us all feel as if we were at home there

Great location, clean and comfortable! Made to order breakfast was unavailable that day for some reason, but the buffet was fine(eggs, bacon, etc.). The coffee was great and nothing beats a quick grab & go breakfast. Niya at the front desk was super hospitable and made us feel right at home.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was super helpful. The location was safe and secure. We had an adjoining room and it was very nice when traveling with lots of children.

We were in town for freshman orientation at High Point University. The only direct flight to the area from our home state arrived at 830 am. By the time we got to the hotel, it was 10am. I asked for an extra early check in. The gentleman at the counter was more than accommodating. He got us a room right away and we were able to relax and freshen up before the events at the college began. Because of this, I already booked two more visits, one in Aug for move in weekend and one in Sept for family weekend. A little kindness definitely goes a long way with us! I don't remember his name but thank you again.

Check in and check out was super easy and pleasant. Pool was refreshing. Had self laundry option which was nice. Hotel was clean.

My room was huge which was a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed being able to sit at the bar and enjoy a few drinks after a long day of driving and emptying the storage unit we had in Greensboro. Staff were so friendly. The warm cookies were the best!

I wish breakfast was included with the stay. The rooms are forbid the price as elsewhere and they have breakfast included.
